Insurance and Financial Information
We do what we can to facilitate the payment of your medical and dental insurances based on your what your plan covers. We accept most insurance plans, but please call our office to verify that we do. We do not accept the following:
- Medicare Supplements
- Tricare Medical
We only accept South Dakota Medicaid following approval by the program.

You are responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Once your referring office has sent a referral and image for your appointment, we can perform a pre-treatment estimate to help determine the total cost. It is only an estimate as many variables can change the cost. Every effort will be made to communicate those changes with you.
If you have insurance, we ask for a 20% down payment for your procedure, and a 50% down payment if you are a dental implant patient. This likely will not be the final cost to you and any remaining balance is your responsibility.
We will make every effort to perform a preauthorization or predetermination of benefits for your procedure. If you would supply us with your insurance information, we can check with your insurance. Most take 3-6 weeks for a decision to be made. If time does not allow, we can call on your behalf and attempt to attain an estimated out-of-pocket total versus a 20 or 50% down payment.
If you do not have insurance, we ask that you pay in full for the fees charged on the day of service, following the procedure, or make arrangements with our business office in advance.
